Overview

Everyday, most people have endless thoughts, apx 80% of them are waste thoughts (the same thoughts as they had yesterday) and no real success. Many speak of all their wonderful plans and ideas…but a month, a year or a decade later nothing has actually happened. They are still just talking about things…

How many people are living embodiments of success?

Everyone is great at making excuses about why they didn’t do it – but excuses are not making things change – they are keeping us stuck.

My Story…

My whole life I have had endless Ideas, ideas, ideas. But Nothing ever happened.

I even filled many books with ideas. Literally, my friends and I have so many project ideas we had to write them all down because it was getting draining to spend hours sharing about what could be (when we were broke and not really doing much but talking…). At one point, like many others,  I would give advice based on my (un-actioned) ideas to other people. But, truly if it didn’t work for me, why would it work for them?

After much failure and disappointment, I wondered what the reason for my lack of success really was. After much reading and soul searching and observing successful people…I realized that the reason why I didn’t have success was because the lizard brain won’t allow me to get things done. There was a physical and psychological block to achieving success (more on the lizard another time).

For most of us, there is a HUGE disconnect between our thoughts, words and deeds. I humbly acknowledged my lack of action was ruining my life and I need to change, even if it was hard. I realized it was essential for me to REDUCE the ideas and talking (which was hard to stop doing) & instead of talking just DO IT NOW!

“One is to say…

the other is to DO and THEN Say.”

Once I deeply released what was going on, I needed to make a promise to myself – a DEEP real promise.

“BEAT THE LIZARD. DO IT NOW”

“I HAVE TO DO IT” – not “I will do at at some point….”

“I have to Do it NOW 100% of the time. No excuses”

This has lead me to living the life of my dreams : ) And I write to you with a big smile on my face : )

So, how can you make this happen for you and have an integrated and magical life of massive success?

1. Know what you want. What is your real DHARMA? (more on that here)

2 Make a promise to YOURSELF to beat the lizard and make things happen!

3. Don’t just speak, DO IT! Do it NOW. 100% of the time. No excuses.

Consider thinking this if you start getting slack: “I may have to die, I may have to tolerate, but I will never break this promise. This is determination.

What will happen in your life IF you apply this?

You will feel amazing. You will manifest a fully joyful, integrated life. You will life in peace. You will inspire others. Everything you DREAMED about will actually happen!

You will be part of the .001% of the worlds population able to really be happy and life a life of meaning and joy. Your life will be a blessing to the world.

1. Ask yourself the following Questions:

• If you had all the time and money in the world (and had no fear) what

would you do?

• Now that you are living your perfect life, what is NEW and Different?

• What does your perfect day look & feel like? (what do you do in the

morning, afternoon, evening)?

2. Apply this vision to all areas of your life

• Self

• Relationships

• Money

• Spirituality

• Health

• Career/service

3. Start creating images

Once you know your new vision for all aspects of your life (as much as you

images, photos, etc.
